Heritage building in the City Hall compound. Its foundations were laid in 1925 with donations from members of the 'Ahuza A - New York' society, and it was finished in 1927.

Ra'anana's first reservoir for well water, built in 1924, with a second pool added beside it in 1931 and a signal tower. It stands in the old moshava centre by City Hall.
