Western-central streets between Migdal and Yerushalayim, close to Hadar and Yavne schools. NBN names the Yavne school area as one that olim cluster around.
Newer planned neighbourhoods in the east, named after their plan numbers. Ariel school is here, and NBN names it among the schools olim cluster around.
North-eastern streets around Ravutsky and Tzipman. Beit Knesset Ohel Ari (about 250 families, many of them English- and French-speaking olim) and the HaShachar community centre are here.

South-eastern streets near Highway 4, the Ra'anana Junction bus terminal and Ra'anana South station, with Yonatan middle school and the early-childhood centre on Kazan St.
